President
Born in Brazil and living in the US since 2008, I am a typical foreigner that went through all the steps as a regular immigrant. I had to learn English, share apartments, miss my family, and work in many different jobs until I found my passion in the Mortgage Business in 2017.
Having a harrowing experience going through the process of financing a couple of properties gave me the motivation to get into the mortgage business and better the process. In 2017, working for a company focused on foreigners and self-employed clients, I became an expert on those types of loans. And from 2018 to 2021, being part of the refinance boom, I experienced several different types of loans and scenarios daily, turning me into an experienced and successful loan officer.
In 2021, FAIR Mortgage Lending was created based on my core values: communication, transparency, and availability. The client must always be in First Place.
FAIR Mortgage Lending has been a success since its opening; our clients are like family to us; they love our process and their treatment and our google reviews speak for ourselves.

Vice-President
I am the Vice-President and Senior Loan Officer for Fair Mortgage. As a loan officer, I focus on carefully listening to the clients' desirable goals to design the absolute best path to accomplish them.
I joined the mortgage industry at the beginning of 2020. At that time, the industry was booming, and I had to accelerate my learning curve to become as efficient as possible and assist all my clients' needs. Today, I am the proud co-owner of FAIR Mortgage, where I can expand my services and knowledge to educate clients every step of the way when pursuing their mortgage needs.
Due to my hospitality background, my approach as a Loan Officer is not based solely on completing a sale transaction and moving on to the next. I enjoy going the extra mile and creating a personalized experience for my clients, and developing lasting relationships, always making myself available far after the loan processing is complete.
